About this project
Hiring teams were losing hours on first-round screening calls that rarely surfaced new information. Together with co-founder Muhammad Jawwad, we built a Virtual Interview Assistant that replaces the repetitive parts of first-round hiring with a structured AI-driven process. The system collects candidate details, auto-generates role-specific interview questions calibrated to the position, conducts a structured interview session, and then produces a comprehensive output report: fit score, key strengths, concerns, hiring recommendation, and suggested next steps. The result is significantly faster, fairer first-round decisions and less repetitive work for talent teams. Can be integrated with any ATS or HRIS on request.
